Who Are We?

My name is Riley and I’m passionate about creating sacred containers that blend embodiment, meditation, and connection to create personal transformation. After living in the matrix for years and graduating college I left my plan to become a physician behind and sought other ways to manifest healing in the world.

In the last 3 years I have undertaken the work of becoming a physician of the heart. This magical journey has taken me for extended periods to Buddhist monasteries, yoga trainings, intentional communities and embodiment training. Today my passion is to bring a heart-centered self-love medicine to my friends and communities through yoga, authentic relating, somatic attunement and dance. I have a special passion for empowering people to step beyond their fear and into their fullest hearts’ expression. Mostly, I love to love people.

Aloha, Corey here. I am a traveling artist who finds value in creating intentional spaces.

On my endeavors through the Americas, I’ve been sharing music as a form of prayer through leading sound baths, song circles, vocal workshops, ceremony work, etc.

I am passionate about the expansion of human consciousness. Building safe containers encourages us to drop into the heart and connect beyond the mundane.

Authentic relating is a foundational modality that I’ve incorporated in my day to day life. The healing I’ve experienced from this template has influenced multiple areas of my life in a positive way.

It is a joy to share this wisdom with truth seekers, and to help guide people back home to themselves.

Location and Accomodation

The Aspen Grove Lodge is a beautiful log-cabin style private residence situated on 5 acres of land surrounded by beautiful groves of aspen trees. The property includes ample room to roam and connect with nature as well as a fire pit to enjoy under the stars. Located in Fairplay, Colorado, the property is 2 hours from Denver and short drive to Breckenridge and Buena Vista's many hiking trails, rivers, and hot springs, which we will use to nourish ourselves on this transformative journey together.

Logistics and Arriving

Arriving to Aspen Grove Lodge:

Flying//Arriving to DIA// RideShare:

Plan to arrive at DIA October 9th and stay in Denver that evening. Or, arrive the morning of the October10th no later than 9:30 am. This will ensure we can coordinate your transportation to the retreat in time for check-in.
*Transportation to the lodge is not included but we will try our best to arrange ride shares among participants and facilitators who are driving from Boulder/ Denver. This may include ubering to a reasonable center point for pickup :)

As the retreat approaches we will add you to a Whatsapp group and send an "arrival form" asking for flight numbers, arrival time, and other details.

Flying// Renting a Car// Ubering:

You are also welcome to rent a vehicle if you'd like freedom to arrive in your own time and stay and explore the mountains at the retreat's conclusion.
Uber/ Lyft is also an option and likely costs around 250-300$/ vehicle.

Average temperatures in Fairplay October 10-15th range between nightly lows of 30 degrees to daily highs in the low -mid 50's.

Daily Yoga and/or Mindfulness Practice each morning
